From March 1st, 2023 VPAPay moves from 5.9% to 6.9%
Here at CampaignAgent, we value your business and enjoy working with you and your team to achieve some great results along the way. Like so many, we are feeling the impact of rising interest and mortgage rates. We wish this didn’t affect us, but we have found ourselves having to make a decision that is not easy, but important. In fact, this is the first time since starting the business in 2015 that we have had to adjust our pricing.
Effective for all funding requests sent from March 1st, 2023 there will be a small price increase from 5.9% to 6.9%. This translates to an increase of $43.62 for the average funding request. The new pricing maintains our simple fee structure, with no interest, adjustments or penalty fees ever!
The fee increase will go a long way to help manage rising funding costs for our flexible payment solutions that your agents and vendors rely upon.
Useful FAQs to help with the change
Can I update the Pay Later pricing on our vendor materials earlier than March 1st?
Yes! In fact, we encourage you to do this anytime from now. Vendors will still enjoy the 5.9% fee for all funding requests created in February. The new pricing of 6.9% will apply to all pay later funding request created from March 1st. The correct pricing will always be presented to vendors during the CampaignAgent application process.
Which funding requests are impacted by this?
The price increase will affect any new funding requests sent from March 1st.
What happens if I list a property in February, but the Pay Later request is sent after March 1?
All funding requests sent from March 1, 2023 will be charged the new 6.9% fee. It’s important that your marketing schedule and other vendor information indicate the correct pricing. The easiest option is to remove Pay Later pricing now from vendor material. CampaignAgent’s software will ensure that the correct pricing is presented to the vendor on your behalf.
Are there any other changes?
No. Pay Later campaigns still have no interest, adjustments or penalty fees ever.

What do I need to do?
If your marketing schedule or other vendor material displays the PAY LATER amount or the 5.9% fee, we ask that you do one of the following; Remove Pay Later pricing from your marketing quotes. This will prevent any confusion around pricing during the changeover period. The correct Pay Later amount will always be shown in CampaignAgent’s payment gateway.

Get ahead and update the Pay Later pricing on your vendor's marketing materials now! Vendors will continue to enjoy the 5.9% rate for funding requests created during February. The increased 6.9% will apply for all pay later funding request created from March 1st. The correct pricing will always be presented to vendors during the CampaignAgent application process.
